Although the cards themselves were made by reddit user sitrane, i did the forms, so i'm sure he wouldn't mind me sharing. I could not seem to find a better place to put this on the forums, so here is a monster template that roughly matches the look and feel of the new 5e monster stat block. Step 3 copy the html statblock (from the spreadsheet) to a plain text editor like textwrangler or textedit, and save it as a html file.

There Seems To Be A Shitload Of Character Sheets Templates, But Every Monster Stat Sheet Out There Seems To Either Be Outdated Or A Weird Mix Of Homebrew And Raw.
