I'm new to this snow plowing business and my landlord is offering me there snow removal on several different property's ranging from 1 unit to 30 units she is asking me to give her a proposal and i'm not sure what to charge can any one help me figure cost for blowing walks and plowing most jobs i'm guessing will only take 15min to 45 to plow and 30min to 90 min to blow. If someone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. The operator would fill out his sheet on the pc and email it to the office. The property owner also accepts any and all responsibility and will hold the snow removal operator and his / her agents harmless for any future liabilities for;

To Some Customers That I Have Had For Yrs I Just Send Out The Contract But For Ones That Are New/Newer Clients Or Ones That Im Not 100% Sure They Would Be Using Us Again, I'd Prefer To Send Out Something A Little Professional.

The snow contractor will not plow within 1 foot from any parked vehicles, equipment or other obstructions in parking lots, driveways or other areas being cleared of snow. We are now offering snow removal for our marlton & medford area customers!
